About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at Mygrant Glass is responsible for providing friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to wholesale auto glass customers. Requirements

  • General knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Type 30 wpm (preferred).
  • Excellent at resolving customer conflict.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns.
  • Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
  • Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees.
  • Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control.
  • Interact with customers via telephone and in-person providing information and assistance.
  • Show the highest level of customer service.
  • Support customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and a problem solver.
