  • Providing accurate information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
