As a Customer Service Representative at Pick ‘N Save, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Front End department. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring that all policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to, while also embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of our operations. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of the store environment. In this role, you will explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for the Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting departments. You will be responsible for designing a cleaner and more efficient working environment, ensuring that customer service is delivered safely and effectively throughout the department. Your efforts will contribute to improving the overall shopping experience for our customers, utilizing various tools such as the Progress Report, Customer Tracker, and Key Retailing Measurements to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will provide training and support to the customer service manager and front end supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery. Your ability to communicate and implement company initiatives positively will be essential in promoting a respectful and productive work environment. You will also support store management in maintaining a well-organized and pleasant shopping atmosphere across all customer service areas, including check stands, Self Service Checkouts, and the Customer Service Center. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to meet the demands of the business.
