The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative (Administrative Specialist I) for our Customer Support Services (CSS) office. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: Provide tier two customer support for vessel registration and titling and hunting, trapping, and fishing license and regulations questions. Customer support is provided by telephone, email, mail and in-person. Provide technical and administrative support for Wildlife Service Agents and other agency partners utilizing the GONC system. Research and resolve GONC system issues including operating system and transactional errors, and financial and reporting discrepancies. Manage the daily review and analysis of all incoming transactions to ensure all licenses, permits, registrations, and titles are issued in compliance with North Carolina general statutes and administrative code. A Monday-Friday schedule is associated with this position which involves working 40 hours per week (8am-5pm). This position is based in the WRC headquarters in Raleigh, NC (Wake Co.).
