The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships following the closing of sales, acting as the primary point of contact for customers. This role involves various representative activities including order process management, inventory tracking, billing, customer communication, and coordination of customer requests.

  • Manage customer relationships following the closing of sales.
  • Place customers' orders and encode order with shipment date.
  • Liaise with logistic coordinator to organize shipment.
  • Communicate with customers on shipment dates and adjustments.
  • Manage consignment inventory tracking and reconcile inventory monthly.
  • Process domestic and export invoices for customer orders.
  • Initiate approval of billing to finance department.
  • Input data in ERP and manage rebates & commissions.
  • Review data and correct discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain customer invoice files for archive.
  • Manage and improve billing process and participate in ERP implementation.
  • Be the point of contact for allocated customers on all information requests and complaints.
  • Collect information and communicate to customers when possible.
  • Liaise with complaints, samples & regulatory coordinator for requests requiring task allocation.
  • Allocate tasks to the right functions and communicate back to Customer Service.
  • Follow-up on tasks allocated with relevant functions.
  • Manage recurring tasks not following requests from customers.
