The Customer Service Representative at The Safariland Group plays a crucial role in providing support for all customer business requests received through various channels including phone, fax, or e-mail. This position is responsible for coordinating all customer contacts to ensure timely and accurate handling and processing of requests within established policies, procedures, and directives. The representative will maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts, ensuring that all responsibilities and goals are met. In this role, the representative will receive, document, coordinate, and complete business transactions and requests accurately and timely, as defined in established policies and procedures. This includes handling purchase orders, returns, and information requests. The representative will also coordinate the on-time delivery of products and services, participate in cross-functional teams and projects, and communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers regarding issues, progress, status, and solutions. The representative will work within the Products Group team to balance responsibilities and share information, while also performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care. Ultimately, the representative owns the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship.
