The CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy is building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life sustaining medications. We are hiring Pharmacy Service Representatives to work for our inbound call center to make the connection and ensure timely delivery to those patients reaching out. We’re seeing individuals interested in training onsite for 4 weeks, then once training is complete, there is an opportunity to work remotely from your home. Are we busy, absolutely! Typical calls include prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage. Requirements

  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English.
  • One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.
  • One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications.
  • One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT or ExCPT.
  • Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from specialty patients regarding prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage.
  • Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy.
  • Resolve patient questions on the first call.
