About The Position

The position supports the Repair Services Department in a warehouse-like environment. Responsibilities include assisting with order conversion from quotes with purchase orders to repair orders, processing delivery orders in the ERP system, and performing shipping and receiving tasks such as packing, labeling, and documentation. The role also involves managing inventory through stock checks, cycle counts, and parts tracking, coordinating with the repair team to ensure accurate and timely order completion, and responding to customer inquiries regarding order status and availability. Additionally, the position requires preparing and sending customer quotes, collaborating with Quality, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and assisting with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business preferred
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations
  • ERP system experience required
  • Strong verbal, written, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with rotating equipment and pumps a plus
  • Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

Responsibilities
