JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing the day-to-day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to work with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate any issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Previous transportation or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Excellent data integrity and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build relationships with carriers.
  • Ability to function in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to manage processes, make decisions and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • PC skills including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, acting as the right hand of Keller to our customers and carriers.
  • Monitor all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads, working closely with the operations team.
  • Update times and location of loads in tracking software (TMW).
  • Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests for additional information. through written and verbal communication.
