About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner and assesses customer needs, providing specific information and assistance to ensure needs are met. This position is located at the Customer Service Desk in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) of Maine Medical Center. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
