As a Customer Service Representative - Supplies and Accessories at Natus, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure every order is smooth, accurate, and on time. Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
• Previous experience in customer service, including phone/email support and administrative tasks
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle (Siebel, EBS) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with key teams like manufacturing and sales to ensure a seamless customer order process
• Accurately process, review, and document purchase orders for Domestic and Canadian supplies
• Obtain necessary approvals from management, sales, legal, finance, or the GM when needed
• Provide support to sales reps, finance, and customers on billings, returns, credits, and complaints
• Track shipments and provide proof of deliveries upon request
• Review current workflows and suggest improvements that boost efficiency
• Assist team members with questions during non-routine calls or situations
• Follow up on urgent orders to confirm timely delivery
• Proactively communicate new delivery dates for delayed shipments
