About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at Stone Resources Flooring Services, LLC plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The representative will be responsible for entering customer details, responding to inquiries, and assisting with order resolutions while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED/College required
  • Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric)
  • Responding to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
  • Updating records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs
  • Assisting customers with order resolutions
  • Working harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
  • Adhering to confidentiality regulations
  • Proofreading data and ensuring accuracy
