CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SOMALI SPEAKING) – SALES OR SERVICE Location: Walser Toyota in Bloomington, MN Pay: $70,000 – $120,000 average annual earnings (unlimited incentive opportunities) Schedule: 4 Day Work Week (Full-Time) ABOUT WALSER For over 70 years, Walser Automotive Group has put people first—our customers, employees, and communities. Requirements

Fluency in Somali and English (required)
Successfully test out of sales or service training program
Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
Professional demeanor and appearance (nametags, uniform, etc.)
Strong customer service mentality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process
