Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound phone calls and addressing client needs.
• Assist clients with trade requests, money movement, and online support.
• Prepare for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63) with full sponsorship from Fidelity.
• Handle complex customer calls and engage in weekly team connections and meetings with leadership.
• Explore new career paths through job shadowing and participation in the career center.
