About The Position

The Business Premier Service Consultant at AT&T is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to business clients, addressing inquiries related to products and services, and assisting with various customer requests. This role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and sales, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Call center or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
• Desire to work onsite in a call center.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business customers with requests, questions, and inquiries on all products and services offered.
• Address a broad range of customer service call types including billing, collections, retention, service activations, and troubleshooting.
• Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer questions and concerns.
• Engage Tier 3 support and third-party vendors as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution.
• Handle wireless local number portability, relocations, and combined bill support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues across multiple networks and elements.
• Get customers set up with the latest products and services, including AT&T-provided software and applications.
• Maintain records and update customer accounts using various tools and systems.
