A Retail Vehicle Sales Customer Service Representative I is responsible for assisting our RVS customers with pre and post purchase inquiries. The Customer Service Representative I position work cross functionally across Sales, Operations and Asset Management, while applying excellent customer communication skills. This individual is responsible for inbound/outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support related calls, email, Text. An RVS Support agent will maintain ownership of customer inquiry (case) until resolution is communicated to Customer. We are seeking strong French and Spanish applicants. Starting pay is $17.00/hr, if bilingual it's $18.00/hr. Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. 3 weeks of training will be onsite in Alpharetta, GA - After training you will work remote.
