We are seeking a reliable, client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will support clients before, during, and after their travel planning process by providing timely communication, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the travel space.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Assist with booking confirmations, travel changes, and general service questions
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Communicate updates related to itineraries, travel documents, or supplier changes
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and updates
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal team members to fulfill service requests
  • Stay informed about travel policies, destinations, and industry changes relevant to client needs
  • Previous experience in customer service (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using email, CRM platforms, and online booking tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and stable internet connection
