Requirements

• Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred, but we offer license preparation for otherwise qualified candidates.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills.
• Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace.
• Flexibility is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communications.
