Requirements

• Must be detail orientated
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment
• Have general knowledge of computer applications
• Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing is required
• A high School diploma or GED is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with use of multi-line phone
• Data-entry
• Familiarity with Owensboro and surrounding counties is preferred
• An associate degree with one year of experience in a transportation related area is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day customer service objectives
• Passenger trip reservations
• Assist in the operations of GRITS
• Program development
• Writing in this field
