About The Position

Taylor Metal is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Customer Service Representative/Project Manager to lead manufacturing initiatives from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic production environment, understands blueprints, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1 yr.+ Sales Support exp. required
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Construction Industry related exp. preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Relentless in the execution of plans.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
  • Resolve or clarify any errors and/or discrepancies with appropriate departments.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge.
  • Support assigned Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
