We offer a comprehensive range of home medical equipment (HME), including hospital beds, scooters, lift chairs, oxygen, and respiratory equipment. With the support of our customers and the community, we have expanded our services to multiple locations, including South Bend, Elkhart, Warsaw, Plymouth, and Michigan City. We are currently seeking an experienced and outgoing Customer Service Representative for our Plymouth Store. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them promptly and courteously. You will assist customers both in-person and over the phone, providing them with product and funding information. Your responsibilities will include completing order intake through computer access and/or manual forms, determining order urgency, establishing payer sources, and informing customers of their payment responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide accurate information regarding equipment use, safety issues, funding considerations, third-party funding coverage, delivery schedules, and company billing practices. This position requires a professional demeanor and resourcefulness in addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Other duties may be assigned as needed, and prior medical experience is preferred.
