As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital. This role involves helping patients navigate the registration process, answering questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion, gathering accurate information quickly in a fast-paced environment, and building trust with patients during potentially stressful moments. No healthcare background is required, as R1 provides training, making this role a launchpad for a growing healthcare career. Patients lean on you for support and reassurance, making you a calm, helpful presence during stressful times. You will gain valuable knowledge and skills in healthcare, from insurance basics to hospital workflows. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements

Responsibilities
