About The Position

Peachtree Broadband Fiber is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support in their Murphy, NC office. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess good computer skills, and have experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a GED is required.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS-Office, Google Documents, Google Calendar, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and in-person inquiries daily.
  • Provide product information to new and existing customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the CSR team and other departments to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and patience while diffusing difficult situations.
  • Assist in daily operations and share responsibilities for additional tasks as assigned.
