Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
