Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
  • Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Strong Communicator: Establishes trust quickly and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Problem Solver: Listens actively, thinks critically, and delivers tailored solutions.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and adapt as needs shift throughout the day.
  • Detail-Oriented : Accurately documents information and follows through on every commitment.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Takes initiative, stay driven, and support the success of the team.

  • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the go‑to contact for clients, delivering fast, friendly, dependable support
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests with efficiency and accuracy
  • Process policy changes, payment updates, renewals, and coverage questions
  • Boost retention by offering smart solutions and spotting cross‑sell opportunities
  • Document interactions clearly and follow up promptly
  • Partner with teammates to resolve issues quickly
  • Drive agency growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
