As our organization continues to expand, we’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Oxygen Patient Advocate to join our dedicated team in Kent, Washington. This role plays a vital part in supporting our patients and ensuring exceptional service experiences. The Customer Service Representative – Oxygen Patient Advocate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We’re seeking a compassionate and driven professional who understands the importance of patient advocacy and can navigate the challenges of an ever-evolving healthcare environment. In this role, you’ll support and coach patients to achieve their therapy goals while ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

  • Processes orders according to PHM procedures
  • Contacts and inform patients of the order received
  • Answer incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Enter Patients into the PHM electronic medical record program
  • Generates orders and assists in scheduling of delivery
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by manager
  • Technologically proficient with strong computer skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient/customer care.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Quick learner.
  • Team players will contribute to a professional and fun working environment.
  • Skilled in the art of de-escalation when problems arise.
  • Troubleshooting patient issues with equipment, in person and over the phone.

  • Procuring and completing any necessary documentation required.

  • Prior knowledge/hands-on experience with Oxygen equipment
