Requirements

• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with strong accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and with customers
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or sales support environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming sales orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and company requirements
• Enter and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Confirm receipt of orders received via email and follow up as needed
• Communicate with customers regarding discrepancies, updates, or required changes
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain and update customer records, including ship-to addresses and contact information
• Document and track customer concerns or complaints appropriately
• Participate in inbound call queue to support customer inquiries
• Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned
• Uphold company quality standards, policies, and core values
