About The Position

The Customer Service Representative position at PREMIER Bankcard involves answering inbound calls about products and services, understanding policies and procedures for daily operations, and taking accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor. Representatives will demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit and are expected to achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys. Participation in team meetings is also required. The role offers extensive paid training, ongoing training opportunities, and a clear career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay.

Requirements

  • Fluent bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are compensated in the form of a 10% differential, but are not required.
  • Ability to work varying shifts as per the schedule.
