Requirements

• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Comfortable using MS Office products, especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

Nice To Haves

• US and Canada Regulatory Transportation Requirement
• Knowledge of International Cargo Container Movement
• Experience with Terminal and Rail Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries for import cargo through email and phone
• Monitor all assigned cargo that is in transit or at the terminal
• Cross-functionally communicates to manage the timely delivery of cargo and escalates where needed
• Use your strong reading and comprehension skills to reference documents, procedures, and guidelines effectively
• Have a working knowledge and level of comfort using MS Office products - especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
