About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role involves greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, and facilitating member services issues. The representative will also help maintain the cleanliness of the club and ensure a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assisting in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
