About The Position
Kennametal Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their manufacturing division. This position is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service daily and providing front line support for customer order entry, order expediting, quoting, returning, pricing, and availability. The role is based in an office at home, preferably within the Pacific or Mountain time zones, and operates from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday to Friday.
