Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Understand customers' needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling products or services
