About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at Breaux Petroleum Products is responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with various departments to meet customer needs and maintain inventory processes.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or inventory departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming orders and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, warehouse, and dispatcher to provide the best service possible to customers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer service policies.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer problems.
  • Process invoices as per company processes (Lubricant, fuel sales, service work).
  • Manage inventory and filing systems.
  • Perform complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies as indicated by management.
  • Reconcile inventory counts with system inventory.
  • Assess and improve flows of supplies through the company.
  • Ensure all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate, and filed correctly.
  • Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
