About The Position

Leach Animal Hospital is a busy veterinary hospital in Mashpee, MA, just outside of beautiful Cape Cod. We're a patient and client centered hospital dedicated to veterinary excellence, and we're growing our talented team! We're looking to add another Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and would love for you to join us today! We've proudly been keeping animal companions healthy since 1933, and our commitment to excellent veterinary care has always been at the center of what we do. Our wonderful hospital is equipped with the most cutting-edge diagnostic, medical, and surgical equipment, to ensure your furry family member receives the highest level of care available. In addition to general practice veterinary care, Dr. Leach performs Cruciate Ligament Surgery, allowing pets to recover faster after knee surgery. We pride ourselves on providing our patients and clients with a positive veterinary experience, in a warm and welcoming environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Manage patient charts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
