About The Position

Responsible for making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list provided by client Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options. Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. Log information into Access Database Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr The app only uses our 800 toll free number to call, so their personal cell phone lines would never show up on caller ID.

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented
  • Laptop/PC - No Chromebooks, or tablets. Apple devices cannot be older than 2018
  • Windows 11 Pro
  • MacOS 13 or higher
  • Cell Phone Requirements: (Must have smart phone for authentication and VPN access)
  • Android Version 11
  • iOS Version 16
  • Must have reliable internet connection (Min 50 Download / 11 Upload Speeds) https://www.speedtest.net/
  • Strong and articulate communication skills
  • Being able to multitask between inbound and outbound calls
  • Someone who doesn't need to be monitored and can be proactive during slower times
  • Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season.
  • Does not have experience related to finance, accounting, business or related
  • Zero tolerance for being late
  • Bachelor’s in Graphic Design / Fashion / Cosmetology etc. BUT if they have relatable work experience in the finance/accounting/business field I’m open to review. Must be SHARP.
