About The Position

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative who will provide a high level of support to the Insurance Agency and members by servicing existing insurance accounts. This role involves performing retention calls, processing applications, renewals, amendments, resolving customer problems, and selling membership and financial products. The representative will also provide price quotes on all insurance products, take insurance payments, respond to customer inquiries, and promote cross-sale opportunities. Additionally, the representative will assist in office events to generate insurance revenue and improve member awareness of products.
