The position involves helping the branch build its sales, including the new business component, by maintaining house accounts through active dealer communication regarding new product launches, services, supplies, prices, and discounts. This includes conducting outbound calls to existing and lost customer accounts, maintaining sales programs within the assigned territory, and providing excellent customer service through various channels. The role also requires executing all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, payment processing, and ensuring the accuracy of information entered. Additionally, the position involves recommending alternate products, monitoring shipment dates, generating new and repeat sales, educating customers about products, and maintaining records and reports on sales activities.
