This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team in promoting sales, obtaining orders, and providing service to our customers. Responsibilities include obtaining orders, providing timely follow-up on technical inquiries, maintaining reports, actively participating in the marketing and sale of Border States' products and services, resolving customer billing problems, and providing input on product evaluations, code descriptions, inventory management, and pricing development.
