Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will interact with customers via telephone, providing them with information about our services, troubleshooting issues, and processing transactions. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will be key in resolving customer concerns and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. In this position, you will utilize our computer systems to track and gather information, record customer interactions, and maintain logs of calls and activities. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and addressing customer questions. It is crucial to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve any problems or requests from customers. You will work closely with other dispatchers and team members in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, preferably with call center experience, and will be comfortable working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
