The Customer Service Representative position at SP+ is a full-time role based out of our Remote Command Center located at Dulles Airport. This in-person position is crucial for handling a high volume of inbound calls with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The primary responsibility is to resolve customer issues, which may include answering questions, addressing complaints, and managing inquiries. Each call must be logged in our call log database, and the activity will be reviewed daily to ensure quality and efficiency. The representative will also be responsible for offering alternative solutions to retain customer satisfaction and will handle business transactions related to the activation of new customer accounts using a computer terminal. Proficiency in typing and grammar is essential, as communication with customers will be conducted through web-based tools. Additionally, the role involves making financial decisions to protect and collect revenues while adjusting customer accounts as necessary.
