This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs. A S ample of W hat Y ou’ll D o in t his R ole: Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely , accurate , and appropriate manner Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer need s Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns Prepare reports with minimal s upervision Act as informa l team lead Ensure a dministrative tasks are completed
