Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support our scheduling and client communications team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule assessments, manage voicemail and call logs, and provide high‑quality customer service to individuals seeking support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer/internet use
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment based on policy and procedure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to established standards
  • Location: Must reside in Virginia to be considered for this role.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a mental health program, community‑based social services, or other programs supporting special populations is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls on the scheduling line
  • Make outbound calls to schedule assessments
  • Check voicemail, log messages, and return calls in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism
  • Create accurate call logs summarizing contact details
  • Schedule appointments for assessments
  • Perform additional administrative or support tasks as needed
