About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to assist callers, including patients and professional staff, with service requests and issues. This role involves handling clinical results, supply orders, courier pickup requests, and specimen collection/processing information. The representative will also assist patients in scheduling laboratory appointments. The position is located at 501 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL, and is a full-time role with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, including rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or related Health Care preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities
