About The Position

The Customer Service Representative I will handle customer calls, emails, and payments, make policy changes, and endorsements that do not require a license. Good communication and attention to detail are necessary.

Requirements

  • Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 100 days
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
  • High School/GED

Responsibilities

  • Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary.
  • Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties.
  • Takes payments for policies.
  • Makes changes and endorsements to policies that would not require a license.
