About The Position

M-F 8a-4:30p, training hybrid at Indianapolis office and remote then work remote at this time not guaranteed need Indianapolis surrounding local candidates Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email. Determines the best method for problem resolution meeting patient need and organizational guidelines. Coordinates issue resolutions with other departments as necessary. May gather patient personal and billing information for database entry and scheduling. Context & Purpose Scheduling sleep study appt for 9 locations via pt calls inbound/outbound

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • No experience required
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Requires working knowledge of computers.
  • Must have good reliable internet
  • Quiet work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound patient calls
  • Execute outbound patient calls
  • Assigned a sleep lab(s) to be liaison
  • Create electronic patient charts
  • Patient packet emails/req mail Sleep lab liaison
  • Transfer calls to multiple other depts in the company
  • Works within our centralized dept staff related to intake processing
  • Independent worker at home troubleshooting their computer needs
