What You'll Be Doing Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deadlines. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
