About The Position

You are eager to provide top tier customer service support in a manufacturing environment. You have customer service experience preferably within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry. You are an excellent communicator (written and oral) who possess strong interpersonal skills, conflict management abilities, and time management skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

  • Receives telephone and fax request for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers.
  • Answers customer’s technical questions regarding products and services.
  • Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
  • Data Entry – Take and enter customer order request in a timely and efficient manner
