This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided)
  • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
  • Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
  • Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
  • Prepare reports under the manager’s supervision
  • Aid team members in administrative tasks
