About The Position
The City of Pearland, Texas, is seeking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative I to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Utility Billing division within our Finance Department. The purpose of this job is to perform clerical tasks in the water utility billing function, assist customers with water and sewer issues, and perform duties related to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This class works under close to general supervision according to set procedures but determines how or when to complete tasks.
