Applications are now being accepted for the position of Customer Service Representative I-(Full-Time). The primary responsibilities include performing excellent customer service skills to ensure the customer is provided the best customer service via email, in person, or phone call for all GEUS services. The role involves assisting residential and commercial customers with new service accounts and assisting customers with utility, cable, and Internet account transfers and disconnections. Additionally, the representative will record, maintain, and scan all utility, cable, and Internet transactions, analyze, and collect deposits for accounts. The position also requires assisting customers with GEUS utility, cable, and Internet billing inquiries and troubleshooting GEUS cable and Internet issues. Multi-tasking and the ability to work under stress in a high-paced work environment are essential. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job functions, and the representative will perform other duties as assigned.
